I've got one for you. Take a look at MATTP123's post about windows and C pillars. Photoshop the silver color to cover the fake window to show what it would look like if MattP got his wish.

I could use a picture of a cartoon Megaphone (basically, a cartoon version of the megaphone pictured below, facing generally the same direction) that's speaker area is a mouth with a Tongue sticking out and slightly down, whose handle gradually morphs into a lead colored ankle & foot, mashing down on a cartoon gas pedal... If you haven't guessed, I need it as my avatar/profile pic. If you play Forza 4, I could hook you up with a copy of my Semi-Stock tuned Shelby Cobra, or my 268 mph Veyron tuning setup, in return for doing that for me.

Once you learn what the buttons do, its pretty easy to pick up. Just think of it as making a collage or painting, but digitally. You cut, you paste, you move things, make things lighter or darker, blur boundaries until the seams are gone, add grain... You eventually get the hang of it.
